Detecting Condition |
Possible Cause |
| DTC Strategy |
- Signal Plausibility check
|
- Poor connection
- Short in harness
- Knock sensor
- ECM
|
| Case 1 |
Enable Condition |
- Knock control function is active:
- Engine coolant temperature (ECT) is greater than 65°C
- Mass air flow is greater than 0.8 g/rev.
- Ignition switch is on condition
- Engine is operating state, out of start
- Engine speed is greater than 2656 RPM
|
| Threshold Value |
- Knock noise signal is lower than 0.1367V
- Magnitude of deflection of the knock signal is below a certain threshold
|
| Case 2 |
Enable Condition |
- Knock control function is active:
- Engine coolant temperature (ECT) is greater than 65°C
- Mass air flow is greater than 0.8 g/rev.
- Ignition switch is on condition
- Engine is operating state, out of start
|
| Threshold Value |
- Absolute value of difference between Knock noise signal and its sliding average is lower than 0.0586V
- If the absolute value of the difference between knock noise signal and filtered signal is below a certain threshold
