A.A.F (=Active Air Flap) system is equipped with a flap can be opened between radiator grille and radiator. During High speed driving, it will enhance the driving stability by closing the flap to reduce the air resistance.
Inside the engine room, the temperature rise is to be a concern. So It opens the flap to lower the internal temperature through intake if external air.
