Check fuel pressure sensor performance

- IG "OFF".
- Start the engine.
- Measure the voltage between signal terminal of fuel pressure sensor harness connector and ground.
Specification: Approx. 1.0 ~ 2.5V (in idle)
- Is the measured voltage normal?
YES
- Substitute with a known - good FECM and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace FECM and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Substitute with a known - good fuel pressure sensor and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace fuel pressure sensor and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
