Check open in harness

- Turn off the ignition switch.
- Disconnect intake OCV (Bank 1) and ECM connector.
- Measure resistance between control terminal of OCV harness connector and OCV control terminal of ECM harness connector.
Specification: Approx. below 1Ω
- Is the measured resistance within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair short to ground in OCV control circuit. go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
