Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical check
  1. Poor Connection
  2. Open in Power Circuit
  3. Short to ground in control circuit
  4. HO2S (B2/S1)
  5. ECM
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed is greater than 32 RPM
  • Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Short to ground
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
