Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Plausibility check
  1. Detected for following DTC check
  2. Air leak in intake (Turbocharger to ETC)
  3. Restriction in intake (Air Filter to Turbocharger)
  4. EWGA/RCV Control Air line check
  5. Faulty RCV
  6. Faulty Turbocharger
Enable Conditions
  • Engine running (Engine speed is greater than 32 RPM.)
Threshold Value
  • Modeled Turbocharger speed is greater than 240, 000 RPM
Diagnostic Time
  • 100 msec.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
