Power Circuit Inspection

Turn off the ignition switch.
Disconnect turbo charger by-pass valve (RCV) connector.
Turn on the ignition switch.
Measure voltage between power terminal of RCV harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: B+
Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "CONTROL CIRCUIT INSPECTION ".
NO
- Repair open in RCV power circuit. go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
