Removal And Installation

- Disconnect the battery "-" terminal from the trunk room.
- Remove the front bumper.
(Refer to Body - "FRONT BUMPER COVER ")
- Disconnect the smart cruise system connector (A).
- Disconnect the Active Air Flap (AAF) control unit connector (A).
- Remove the LH/RL air duct (A), and then remove the Active Air Flat (AAF).
Tightening torque:
7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb-ft)
- Disconnect the wiring (A) and then remove the Active Air Flat (AAF) from vehicle.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
