DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Conditions for setting DTC Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check CAN communication
  1. C-CAN High line short to battery/ground
  2. C-CAN High line open/poor connection
  3. C-CAN Low line short to battery/ground
  4. C-CAN Low line open/poor connection
  5. C-CAN High and Low line short to each other
Enable Conditions
  • Power voltage 9V~16V
  • C-CAN communication is operating
Threshold Value
  • C-CAN "High" line error
  • C-CAN "Low" line error
Diagnostic Time
  • 2 sec
DTC Erasing Active
  • DTC is erased by GDS after solved problem
History
  • DTC is erased when is not the problem while turn IG key "ON"→"OFF" for 30 times
