Actuator Test Check

  1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC)
  2. IG key "ON".
  3. Perform Actuator Test with GDS.

    Active Air Flap Potentiometer Status:  20% or 80% ± 5%

  4. Is the operation in normal?

    YES 

    • Go to next procedure.

    NO 

    • Substitute with a known-good A.A.F. and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace A.A.F. and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
