Repair Procedures: Removal
CAUTION:
- Apply the protective tape to the tool when disassembling the components with the screwdriver or remover.
- Use caution in keeping and handling during disassembling/assembling because it is easily contaminated with lubricant and oil.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")
- Remove the crash pad garnish [LH] (A).
- Disconnect the mood lamp connector and then remove the crash pad garnish [LH].
- Remove the passenger side crash pad side cover. (Remove the Body - "Crash Pad Side Cover")
- Using a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad garnish [RH] (A) after loosening mounting screws.
- Using a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad upper garnish (A).
- Remove the cluster fascia panel (A) after loosening mounting screws.
- Remove the instrument cluster (A) after loosening mounting screws.
- Remove the instrument cluster after disconnecting cluster connectors (A).
