Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the intercooler inlet hose & pipe assembly (A).

  2. Remove the drive belt.

    (Refer to Timing System - "DRIVE BELT ")

  3. Remove the engine under cover.
  4. Remove the crankshaft pulley (A).

    Tightening Torque: 

    421.6 - 431.5 N.m (43.0 - 44.0 kgf.m, 311.0 - 318.2 lb-ft)

    NOTE:
    • To fix the pulley to the crankshaft, special tools (09231-2J200, 09231-2J210, 09231-D2100) are used.

  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
