Repair Procedures: Removal

- Pull the Shift Lever Knob (A) upward to remove it.
- Remove the floor console.
(Refer to Body - "FLOOR CONSOLE ")
- Disconnect the connector (A) from the shift lever.
- Disconnect the shift cable (A) from the shift lever.
- Remove the shift lever assembly (A) by removing the four bolts.
Tightening Torque:
9 ~ 14 N.m (0.9 ~ 1.4 kgf.m, 6.51 ~ 10.12 lb-ft)
