Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause

  • Electrical Check
  1. Short to ground in circuit
  2. Fuel Pressure Sensor (FPS)
Prerequisite condition
  • Ignition switch is turned "ON".
Threshold Value
  • Signal voltage of fuel pressure sensor is lower than 0.35V.
  • Sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground.
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
