Check Short To Ground In Harness

Turn "OFF" the ignition switch. Disconnect ETC Motor & TPS connector.
Measure resistance between TPS1 signal terminal of ETC harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Infinite ∞Ω
Is resistance within specification?
YES
- Go to "Component Inspection". procedure below.
NO
- Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
