Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Plausibility check
  1. Dirty air cleaner
  2. Oil Cap or Dipstick missing or not installed correctly.
  3. Contact resistance in connectors.
  4. Faulty MAPS or TPS
Case 1 Prerequisite condition
  • Engine speed during engine start is higher than 640 rpm to 960 rpm.
  • Pressure quotient (MAP/BARO) is lower than or equal to 0.8.
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V.
Threshold Value
  • Intake manifold filtered reduced area controller (model) compared to barometric and throttle opening is between -90% to-40% and 40% to 90%.
Case 2 Prerequisite condition
  • Engine speed during engine start is higher than 640 rpm to 960 rpm.
  • Pressure quotient (MAP/BARO) is greater than 0.8.
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V.
Threshold Value
  • Intake manifold filtered ambient pressure controller (model) compared to barometric area is between -30% to-20% and 20% to 30%.
