DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor signal
  1. Poor Connection
  2. Blockage of fuel lines
  3. Over pressure relief valve stuck close
  4. Fuel pressure sensor
  5. Fuel control module (FCM)
Prerequisite condition
  • Target fuel pressure is higher than 250 kPa and lower than 600 kPa.
  • Engine is running
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V.
Threshold value
  • Fuel pressure sensor output voltage is higher 3.7V and lower than 4.75V.
Diagnosis Time
  • 10 Seconds
MIL On Condition
  • No MIL "ON". (DTC Only)
