Check For Short To Battery In Control Circuit

Turn "OFF" the ignition switch.
Disconnect RCV Control connector and ECM connector.
Turn "ON" the ignition switch.
Measure voltage between control terminal of the RCV Control harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: 0V
Is voltage within the specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
