Power Circuit Inspection

Turn "OFF" the ignition switch.
Disconnect RCV connector.
Turn "ON" the ignition switch.
Measure voltage between power terminal of the RCV harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Battery Voltage
Is voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "CONTROL CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
