Concentric Slave Cylinder Air Bleeding Procedure

NOTE:
  • Do not reuse the drained fluid.
  • Always use genuine DOT3/DOT4 brake Fluid.
  • Using a non-genuine DOT3/DOT4 brake fluid can cause corrosion and decrease the life of the system.
  • Make sure no dirt or other foreign matter is allowed to contaminate the brake fluid.
  • Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle, it may damage the paint; if brake fluid does contact the paint, wash it off immediately with water.
  1. After disconnecting a cap from the concentric slave cylinder air bleeder, insert a vinyl hose in the plug.
  2. Refill the brake fluid up to "Max" line of reservoir.
  3. Pump the clutch pedal about 10 times.
  4. After depressing the clutch pedal several times, push the air bleeding clip (A) and clutch tube (B) with the clutch pedal depressed. Then, perform air bleeding.

  5. Repeat 3-4 steps until there is no bubble in the fluid.
  6. Refill the brake fluid up to "Max" line of reservoir.
