[Clutch tube]

- Turn ignition OFF switch and the disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Remove the brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir with a syringe.NOTE:
- Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle, it may damage the paint; if brake fluid does contact the paint, wash it off immediately with water.
- Make sure no dirt or other foreign matter is allowed to contaminate the brake fluid.
- Remove the vacuum pump.

- Loosen the clutch tube flare nut (A).
- Remove the brake booster.
(Refer to Brake System - "BRAKE BOOSTER ")
- Remove the clip (A) and then separate the clutch tube (B).
- Pull the clutch tube (A) upward and remove it from clutch tube bracket.CAUTION:
- When replacing the component, be careful not to damage the clutch tube.
