Repair Procedures: Removal
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Remove the fastener (A) and then removing the parking cable from the parking release lever.CAUTION:
- When install the parking release cable, replace the fastener with a new one.
- Loosen the bolt (A) and then removing the parking release cable.
Tightening torque :
12.7 - 15.7 N.m (1.3 - 1.6 kgf.m, 9.4 - 11.6 lb-ft)
- Remove the floor console assembly.
(Refer to Body - "FLOOR CONSOLE ")
- Remove the wiring fixing clip (A).
- Remove the bracket (B).
Tightening torque :
8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb-ft)
- Remove the wiring fixing clip (A) from the parking release actuator.
- Disconnect the connector (B).
- Remove the nuts (C).
- Remove the parking release actuator (D).
Tightening torque :
8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb-ft)
