Repair Procedures: Removal
CAUTION:
Special care is needed for the following points in case of working with the non-gloss timber trimming.
- Apply the protective tape to the tool when disassembling the components with the screwdriver or remover.
- Use caution in keeping and handling during disassembling/assembling because it is easily contaminated with lubricant and oil.
- Use caution for the crash pad garnish and door trim upper garnish made of timber (Real wood) because they can be scratched or picked.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the Lower panel crash pad.
- Remove the driver crash pad under the cover.
- Remove the shroud upper shroud panel.
- Cluster fascia Upper panel and Remove the cluster fascia panel.
- Loosen the mounting screw (4), Remove the instrument panel (A).
- Remove the instrument panel connector, Remove the instrument panel.
