Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
  2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

    Front Brake Pipe Nut (1) - Disconnect

    Rear Brake Hose Retainer (1) - Remove

    Rear Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) - Remove

    Rear Brake Hose Washer (2) @ Rear Brake Hose (1) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]

  7. Plug the brake caliper inlet to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
