Installation Procedure

Remove the plug from the front brake caliper inlet.

Front Brake Hose (1) - Install

Front Brake Hose Washer (2) - Install NEW [2x]

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Front Brake Hose Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 44 N.m (32 lb ft)

Front Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Front Brake Hose Retainer (1) - Install

Front Brake Pipe Nut (1) - Install 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
