Installation Procedure

    Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel (1) - Install

  2. Align the plenum bracket and locator pins before securing the instrument panel upper trim panel retainer clips.

    Connect the instrument panel wiring harness retainer (1) to the instrument panel upper trim panel.

    Connect the instrument panel wiring harness retainers (1) to the instrument panel upper trim panel.

    Connect the airbag electrical connector to the instrument panel wiring harness (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Instrument Panel Airbag Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Instrument Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

    Install the left and right instrument panel center trim plate applique (1, 2). Instrument Panel Center Trim Plate Applique Replacement (Terrain)
