Removal Procedure

    NOTE:

    Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.

    Hood Front Molding Nut (1) - Remove [2x]

  2. Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  3. Hood Front Molding (2) - Remove

    Disconnect the electrical connector.

  5. Disengage the 12 wiring harness retainers.
  6. Front Decorative Lamp Nut (1) - Remove [8x]

    Front Decorative Lamp Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

    Front Decorative Lamp (1) - Remove

    Using the appropriate tool, release the integral retainers.

  10. Hood Front Weatherstrip (1) - Remove

    Hood Front Bumper (1) - Remove [6x]

    Hood Center Molding Nut (1) - Remove [14x]

    Hood Center Molding (1) - Remove

    Hood Hinge Nut (1) - Remove [4x]

  15. With the aid of an assistant, remove the hood. (2)
