Removal Procedure

    Remove the left and right front floor mat (1).

    Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining tabs.

  3. Front Floor Console Extension Panel Bolt Access Hole Cover (1) - Remove
  4. Front Floor Console Extension Bolt (2) - Remove

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Move the front seat to access the retainers.

  6. Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  7. Front Floor Console Extension Panel - Left Side (1) - Remove

    Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

  9. Front Floor Console Lower Applique - Left Side (1) - Remove

    Rear Floor Mat (1) - Remove

    Move the front seat to access the retainers.

  12. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining tabs.
  13. Front Floor Console Bolt Access Hole Cover - Left Side (1) - Remove
  14. Front Floor Console Retainer Bolt (2) - Remove [5x]

    Move the front seat to access the retainers.

  16. Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

    Move the front seat to access the retainers.

  21. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining tabs.
  22. Front Floor Console Bolt Access Hole Cover - Right Side (1) - Remove
  23. Front Floor Console Retainer Bolt (2) - Remove [5x]

    NOTE:

    Disconnect the electrical connectors from the front floor console (1).

  25. Slide the front floor console (1) back enough to clear the instrument panel.

    Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

  27. Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover - Right Side (1) - Remove

    Instrument Panel Compartment Bolt (1) - Remove [5x]

    Open the instrument panel compartment door.

    Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

  32. Instrument Panel Compartment (1) - Remove

    Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

  34. Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover - Left Side (1) - Remove

    Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover (1) - Remove

  36. Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Bolt (2) - Remove [2x]

    Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

  38. Reposition the component to access the electrical connectors.
  39. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  40. Instrument Panel Knee Bolster (1) - Remove

    Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Bolt (1) - Remove [6x]

  42. Using a flat bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  43. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel (2) - Remove

    Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Bolt (1) - Remove [8x]

  45. Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet (2) - Remove
