Removal Procedure

    Disconnect the front side door wiring harness electrical connector (1).

    Front Side Door Check Link Bolt (1) - Remove

  3. Mark the location of the front side door hinges with a grease pencil to aid in alignment during installation.
  4. Support the door before removing the hinge fastener.
  5. Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) - Remove [4x]

    With the aid of an assistant, remove the front side door. (1)

    NOTE:

    It is only necessary to replace the affected hinge (s).

    Mark the location of the front side door upper hinge (2) and the front side door lower hinge (3) with a grease pencil to aid alignment during installation.

  8. Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) - Remove [4x]
  9. Front Side Door Upper Hinge (2) - Remove
  10. Front Side Door Lower Hinge (3) - Remove
