Installation Procedure

NOTE:
Verify the steering column tilt wheel and telescope switch is properly seated in the instrument panel steering column lower trim cover. If the steering column tilt wheel and telescope switch is not properly seated, it could cause the switch to not operate correctly resulting in the steering column not working.

{ If equipped } Steering Column Tilt Wheel and Telescope Switch (1) @ Instrument Panel Steering Column Lower Trim Cover - Install

{ If equipped } Connect the electrical connector.
Instrument Panel Steering Column Lower Trim Cover (2) - Install

CAUTION:

Instrument Panel Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

Turn the steering wheel approximately 90 degrees to the left of the centered position.

Turn the steering wheel approximately 90 degrees to the right of the centered position.
Instrument Panel Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Turn the steering wheel to the centered position.

Secure the instrument panel steering column upper trim cover (1) to the instrument panel steering column lower trim cover.
