Removal Procedure
Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator Retainer (1) - Remove [3x]
- Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator - Right Side (2) - Remove
Using a flat - bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
- Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover - Right Side (1) - Remove
Remove the Instrument Panel Compartment Door Dampener from the Instrument Panel Compartment Door (1).
- Squeeze the sides of the instrument panel compartment to allow the door to open past the stops.
Instrument Panel Compartment Door (1) - Remove
Instrument Panel Compartment Door Opening Frame Bolt (1) - Remove [7x]
- Using a flat - bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
- Instrument Panel Compartment Door Opening Frame (2) - Remove
