ECM detects an open circuit on the transmission anti-surging solenoid circuit for 1 s.

P171B 11 

ECM detects a short to ground on the transmission anti-surging solenoid circuit for 1 s.

P171C 12 

ECM detects a short to power on the transmission anti-surging solenoid circuit for 1 s.
