Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel (1) - Remove - Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Removal and Installation

Steering Column (1) - Remove - Steering Column Removal and Installation

Using a small plastic trim tool, release the instrument panel steering column upper trim cover (1) from the instrument panel carrier.

Front Floor Console Auxiliary Cooling Duct Bolt (1) - Remove

Body Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
Release the 2 instrument panel wiring harness junction block retaining tabs (2) and reposition the instrument panel wiring harness junction block with wiring harness (3) as necessary.

NOTE:
Note the location and routing of the instrument panel wiring harness prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

Reposition the instrument panel carrier (1) to access the harness clips.
Disconnect and reposition harness as necessary.
