Preliminary Procedures Apply masking tape to the edges of the door. Front Fender Insulator Replacement (Left Side Equinox) Front Fender Insulator Replacement (Right Side Equinox) Front Fender Insulator Replacement (Left Side Terrain) Front Fender Insulator Replacement (Right Side Terrain) Mark the location of the hinge with a grease pencil before removing the bolts.
1	Front Side Door Hinge Bolt to Body [ 2x ] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Keep the door in the closed position. Replace one hinge at a time. Tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Hinge Bolt to Door [ 2x ] Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

4	Front Side Door Hinge Bolt to Body [ 2x ] Tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
5	Front Side Door Hinge Bolt to Door [ 2x ] Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
