- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (1) - Remove [ 6x ]
Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (1) - Remove [ 3x ]
Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (1) - Remove [ 5x ]
Ignition and Start Switch (2) - Remove - Ignition and Start Switch Replacement (Equinox)Ignition and Start Switch Replacement (Terrain)
Turn Signal Switch (1) - Remove - Turn Signal Switch Replacement (Equinox)Turn Signal Switch Replacement (Terrain)
Note the location and routing of the instrument panel wiring harness prior to removal to ensure proper installation.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Pull rearward to disengage the clips.
- With the aid of an assistant, remove the instrument panel upper trim panel (1) from the vehicle.
- Transfer components as necessary.
