Circuit/System Testing

  1. Verify the K291 Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Battery Pack Communication Module has the latest calibration in Calibration Information.
    • If the K291 Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Battery Pack Communication Module does not have the latest calibration.
    • Program the K291 Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Battery Pack Communication Module.
    • Go to next step: If the K291 Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Battery Pack Communication Module has the latest calibration.
  2. Verify the K16A Battery Energy Control Module has the latest calibration in Calibration Information.
    • If the K16A Battery Energy Control Module does not have the latest calibration 
    • Program the K16A Battery Energy Control Module.
    • Go to next step: If the K16A Battery Energy Control Module has the latest calibration 
  3. Replace the component: K16A Battery Energy Control Module 1 & K291 Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Battery Pack Communication Module
