Removal Procedure

Open the pickup box auxiliary endgate step.

Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate Hinge Bolt (1) - Remove [10x]
Pickup Box Auxiliary Endgate Step (2) - Remove

Using the appropriate trim tool, remove the 2 pickup box endgate access hole cover panels (1) to gain access to the wiring harness.
Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Disconnect the wiring harness retainers and reposition the harness as necessary.
