Removal Procedure
Front Trim Finish Compartment (2) - Remove - Front Trim Finish Compartment Replacement
Disconnect the hood primary and secondary latch release cable end retainer (1) from the latch.
- Release the hood primary and secondary latch release cable from the 3 hood primary and secondary latch release cable retainers (2).
Disconnect the hood primary and secondary latch release cable (1) from the hood primary and secondary latch release cable retainer (2).
- Disconnect the hood primary and secondary latch release cable grommet (3).
Disconnect the hood primary and secondary latch release cable retainer (1) from the bracket.
- Attach mechanics wire to the hood primary and secondary latch release cable (2) and pull the cable out.
