Removal Procedure
- Remove the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Front Fender Paint Protector Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]
- Front Fender Paint Protector (2) - Remove
Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Remove
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Remove [6x]
- Front Wheelhouse Rear Liner (3) - Remove
Front Fender Filler Insulator Clip (1) - Remove
- Pull the front fender insulator (2) down and out from the front fender.
- Mark the location of the upper hinge before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.
- NOTE:
- Keep the door in the closed position and replace only one hinge at a time.
- Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) - Remove [2x]
- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) - Remove [2x]
- Front Side Door Upper Hinge (3) - Remove
- Mark the location of the lower hinge before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) - Remove [2x]
- Front Side Door Lower Hinge (3) - Remove
