Removal Procedure

NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.

Using the appropriate tool, release the 3 Integral clips.
Front Compartment Side Sight Shield- Left Side and Right Side- Front (1) - Remove [2x]

Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Clip (1) - Release [4x]

NOTE:
After the shield has been removed, release the 2 retainers and install them back on to the shield.

Slide the front compartment front sight shield (1) off the retainers.
