Intake Manifold Cover - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
Throttle Body Assembly - Remove - Throttle Body Assembly Replacement
Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve - Remove - Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement
Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe (2) - Reposition
Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Remove
Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Remove [8x]
- Remove the intake manifold.
- Cover the cylinder head passages in order to prevent dirt or debris from entering the passages.
Intake Manifold Gasket (1) - Remove and DISCARD
- Clean, inspect, and overhaul the intake manifold as needed. Intake Manifold Overhaul
