Assemble Procedure

  1. Fig 1: Exploded View Of Intake Manifold Assemble Components

    Intake Manifold Seal (1) - Install NEW

  2. Throttle Body Gasket (2) - Install NEW
  3. Throttle Body (3) - Install
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Throttle Body Bolt (4) - Install and tighten [4x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  5. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve (5) - Install and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  6. Intake Manifold Insulator (6) - Install
  7. Intake Manifold Insulator Bolt (7) - Install and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  8. Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor (8) - Install
  9. Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Bolt (9) - Install and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in)
