Installation Procedure

    Rear Brake Pipe Connector (2) - Install

  2. Rear Brake Pipe Connector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Remove the caps from the front and rear brake pipe (4) and the rear brake rear pipe (2).

  4. Rear Brake Rear Pipe (4) @ Rear Brake Pipe Connector - Install [ 2x ]
  5. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Nut (3) @ Rear Brake Pipe Connector - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications 
  6. Front And Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ Rear Brake Pipe Connector - Install
  7. Front And Rear Brake Pipe Nut (2) @ Rear Brake Pipe Connector - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications 
  8. Install the front wheelhouse liner.

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Quantity of fasteners may vary based on option content.

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install

  12. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] - Fastener Specifications

    {If equipped} Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  15. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
  16. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding 
  17. Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
  18. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  19. Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-full level with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling
