Installation Procedure
Remove the cap from the rear brake rear pipe outlet.
- Remove the plug from the rear brake hose inlet.
- Rear Brake Hose (3) - Install
- Rear Brake Hose Clip (2) - Install
- Rear Brake Rear Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Remove the plug from the rear brake hose outlet.
- Remove the plug the rear brake caliper inlet.
- Rear Brake Hose Washer (2) - Install NEW [ 2x ]
- Rear Brake Hose (3) @ Rear Brake Caliper - Install
- Rear Brake Hose Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Rear Brake Hose Bracket (2) - Install [ 2x ]
- Rear Brake Hose Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding
- Check for brake system leaks.
- Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
