Installation Procedure
Front and Rear Brake Pipe (1) - Install
Remove the plugs from the front crossover brake pipe connector and rear brake pipe connector inlets.
- Front and Rear Brake Pipe (2) - Install
- Front and Rear Brake Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten [ 4x ] - Fastener Specifications
Remove the plugs from the brake master cylinder outlets.
- Front and Rear Brake Pipe (2) @ Brake Master Cylinder - Install
- Front and Rear Brake Pipe Nut (1) @ Brake Master Cylinder - Install and tighten [ 4x ] - Fastener Specifications
Electrical Connector @ Brake System Control Module (1) - Connect
- Front Wheelhouse Liner - Left Side - Install Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding
- Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-full level with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling
