Removal Procedure

    Lower the headlining trim panel (1) enough to gain access to the liftgate electrical connectors and washer hose.

    Disconnect the washer hose and electrical connector and retainers.

  3. Washer Hose Grommet (1) - Remove
  4. Liftgate Wiring Harness Grommet (2) - Remove

    Liftgate Weatherstrip (1) - Reposition

    Remove the 2 metal clips (1) at the ends of the liftgate strut (2).

  7. Liftgate Strut- Left Side (2) - Remove

    Release the 2 metal clips at each end of the liftgate strut.

  9. Liftgate Strut- Right Side (1) - Remove

    Liftgate Hinge Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

  11. With the aid of an assistant, remove the liftgate. (2)
