Removal Procedure

  1. Open the door.

    Disconnect the instrument panel compartment door dampener (1) from the instrument panel compartment door (2).

  3. Squeeze the sides of the compartment door (2) and lower the compartment door past the stops.

    Instrument Panel Compartment Door (1) - Remove

    Using a suitable tool, remove the instrument panel compartment door dampener (1).
