Installation Procedure

Position the range selector actuator (2) to the transmission.
- Install the three range selector actuator retaining fasteners (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb-ft).
- Connect the range selector actuator lever link.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Connect the three starter cable retainers to the range selector actuator.
- Reposition the radiator surge tank to the vehicle. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LYX without KL9) , or Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LTG LYX with KL9)
Install the heater inlet and outlet pipe bracket nut and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb-ft).
Install the brake master cylinder (1). Brake Master Cylinder Replacement
- Install the primary brake pressure modulator valve pipe. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (Primary) , or Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (Secondary)
- Install the secondary brake pressure modulator valve pipe. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (Primary) , or Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (Secondary)
- Adjust the range selector lever link. Automatic Transmission Range Selector Lever Link Adjustment (Terrain)
- Install the Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement Replacement.
- After installation is complete, perform the transmission adaptive values learn procedure. Transmission Adaptive Values Learn
