Front Side Door Armrest Switch Mount Plate Replacement (Driver Side, Equinox)

Preliminary Procedure 
Front Side Door Trim Replacement (Equinox) 
1 Front Side Door Trim Retainer Bolt
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

NOTE:

Bolt is located on the backside of the door trim panel.


Tighten 
2.5 N.m (22 lb/in)
2 Front Side Door Armrest Switch Mount Plate

Procedure

  1. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, start at the rear of the front side door armrest switch mount plate and gently insert trim tool to lift the front side door armrest switch mount plate from the door trim assembly.
  2. Rotate the front side door armrest switch mount plate up and rearward to unhook the front retaining feature.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Transfer parts as necessary.
