Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode - Infotainment System State - ON
    NOTE:

    For detailed component/system information, refer to the following Owner/User Manual section: Voice Recognition - Helpful Hints for Speaking Commands

  2. Press the following button: Steering Column Infotainment Controls Voice Recognition Button Clearly speak an available voice recognition command.
  3. Verify the procedure/test passes.
    • If the procedure/test does not pass 
    1. Clearly speak a different voice recognition command.
    2. Verify the procedure/test passes.
      • If the procedure/test does not pass - Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
      • Go to next step: If the procedure/test passes
    3. For detailed component/system information, refer to the following Owner/User Manual section: Voice Recognition - Helpful Hints for Speaking Commands
    • Go to next step: If the procedure/test passes 
  4. All OK.
